Thanks guys. RC51 huh? I think I'll buy the whole piece. Swing arm is in nice shape as well. Both rims good. Motor turns over. Bike has 15k. Looks like the big hit was the tail piece. All but gone. Most of the plastic is gone, it was in another pile but I never really looked at it.

All you need to do is source a different triple clamp, there are a couple of different options. Personally I run SP1 triples on mine,

the lower clamps on the 929/954 match up with the SP1 top clamps, I dont know what the differences in the actual stem are though

That will work but with SP2 forks you have to run them pulled up 10mm in order to get full engagement in the lower triple due to the way the fork body is relieved.

So depending on how you want to set up the chassis will dictate which triple clamp you need to use.

As far as stem size the 929\954 and the SP1 are the same.

I should have either the whole bike or the front end with wheel and brakes and the whole rear section.

I am picking up the bike tomorrow. I plan on swapping the forks and swingarm, wheels and brakes. What else can I use for my Shawk? I am told the motor is good but who knows. Is there anything on the motor that can be used on a Hawk, like the bottum end, etc.?
