Rear stand spools?

I am not seeing a place for rearstand spools...am i missing something?

Nope. Well, yup, you're missing the place to mount them. The Superhawk doesn't have them. Most folks use a rear stand with pads. Some have used ingenuity and had some mounts welded on.

It's fairly easy to have them welded on. Just buy the PitBull spool adapters, get them welded (or DIY, if you've the experience), and you're done!

I don't see the point. Unless you're racing you're bike won't spend enough time on stands to justify doing a mod for it.

How about a tiny one car garage or having to share the same reserved parking spot with your car?

Actually, for that, I use a Baxley chock. It's easy to roll onto and it makes lifting the bike up to work on the chain/rear wheel a breeze (no balancing, then sliding the stand underneath, then balancing, then lifting...).

If you stick with the stands with pads, try putting something on the bottom side of the swingarm to keep the pads from sliding (mine slid all the way to the engine before I had spools).
