    Hi Greg,
Sometime back I found a thread that discussed the cleaning up of the exhaust header pipe at the junction.
This is the bit of pipe on the right hand side.
I can no longer find this thread/post. I have searched using all sorts of 'exhaust' permutation and nothing.
    Can you pls help.
    Thanks,
    Larry

The big 42. I can remember being 42 and feeling like I was 21. However with the next year or two, i could detect that i was indeed starting to age. Probably a genetic thing or maybe psychosomatic. Anyway aging is a positive thing if you consider the altenative, huh. Have a great birthday and thanks for all you do and have done relative to this forum. Nathan

DUDE! You're from Galway?!?! I live in Charlton, let's hang out at the Cock and Bull

And by that very puerile message I mean simply: Very nice to see another rider from my area. Most people are not even aware of the existence of Galways or Charlton.

Hey Greg, like Bearshawk I want to get my suspension properly set up for me. I'm 5'11 and 170 lbs. I'd like to know your recommendations on how I should go about getting it done. I am reasonably mechanically inclined, so I could probably do it if it's not rocket science, but I'm also not ashamed to have it professionally done if need be. What would be involved in "setting up" suspension for me as far as parts and labor goes, and what would be approximate cost? let me know at earliest convenience

    Thanks,
    Andrew

Hey i have been doing a ton of research on getting my front suspension set up for me and everyone is saying that you do a great job so i was just going to PM you and ask what you charge for a fork rebuild? i am 235 lbs and from the input lots of guys have given me .95 kg springs should do the trick? Let me know! i know shipping will most likely put a damper on the price but i still want options

    Thanks,
    Bearshawk

Never dyno'd it. I ran side-by-side with another VTR owner with TBR slip-ons, jet kit, and about the same weight. His was dyno'd about 108 or so, don't remember. Anyway, I pulled him just a tiny bit on roll-ons. He definitely had me on lower rpm torque though.

    Greg,
I know this is ancient, but I just dyno'd my Hawk with the Mori single-sided, and it only makes 99hp?!?
Was this your experience with it, did you ever dyno it?
