SHOG rally FUN
We had a great time albeit small number of participants. No Hawksters were harmed, But, the Tree Of Shame was molested. Thanks to Greg and the very agreeable staff at the Deals Gap Motorcycle Lodge, We had a lot of fun. It was great to meet all of you and I will be back for the next event. Those of you who didn't go, Damn, you missed it!

Yes we had a great time.. we got there Wed night and just got home about 1 hour ago, as always enjoyed meeting new people.. Friday a few of us did short little ride (12 hours) all over the state of NC on twistie roads and one person had a 14 hour day (details later) we will let Greg tell that story...or should I say his WIFE should tell that story.

I saw a couple 'Hawks in the opposite direction on the slow part of Cherohala towards Robbinsville and Greg at the CROT but other than that it was pretty sparse Saturday. Had a good 320 mile run, the new tires worked well.

It's good to hear everyone made it home safely. The ride home in the rain sucked, but I made it without incident.
Although the crowd was sparse, I had a good time and met some nice people. Killboy.com already has the pictures posted to their website.
The riding conditions late Saturday afternoon after the cops went home were just about perfect. Great riding.
I created a photo album for the Killboy pics I found. The password is superhawk.

Had a great time Hanging out with Greg, Don, Barbera and Dawn. The day could not havwe been more perfect for riding the Blue ridge. Hope to do it again real soon

Yeah it was great fun! That photo of Barbi and I sucks though! As soon as I get the pics off the laptop I'll post 'em up....probably tomorrow. I'm teaching an MSF course tomorrow so I'll be pretty pooped by the afternoon and I'll just want to sit in front of the computer anyway! hehe
