Rear stand off of ebay recommendation (BikeTek)

Looking to get a cheap rear stand to make cleaning the chain easier

Any thoughts on:

I bought this from my local harbor freight. Motorcycle Swingarm Rear Stand

It works great and if you pick up ANY motorcycle magazine, they have it for 20 bucks or 20% off if you look at the back of the mag for their promos.
