Hey Folks

I have been doing the Father's Day run to Laconia, off and on, for many (30+)years. For the last several, I have camped at Jellystone Park (near Meredeth, NH). When we first started camping there it was a biker friendly spot and most of the campers rode their bikes to the rally. Now most of the 'campers' ride Winnebegos and drag their bikes on trailers. Boring!! Then the campground decided to enforce their 11PM quiet time rule by sending two gigantic black guys around to all of the active campfires with a 5 gallon pail of water. You either put the fire out, or had it put out for you. If you gave them a hard time a State Trooper would soon join the discussion.

So, we are looking for a new campground in the Meredeth/Weirs Beach/Laconia area....a place with biker friendly management, that is within a 20-30 minute ride to Weirs.

I'm asking now, because accomadations in the area can be scarce if you leave it to the last minute.

Suggestions?
