Fried electric system

I'm not sure if I have or not but I may have roasted my bikes electric system trying to jump it. It would not turn on so I tried to jump the battery with a car, not knowing that having the car running is bad juju. I got the battery charged at Autozone, and still no joy. Is there a way I can test the R&R before I buy one to start trouble shooting?

8541Hawk will become famous soon enough
If you don't know, the main fuse is not in the fuse box by the battery. It is under the rear cowl by the stater relay.

Yeah, the RR is the least of you worries now. I kinda doubt you "roasted" the whole system. Check the main fuse.
