If I'm not too confused (It happens a lot!) I'm guessing you are referring to the dimensions of the thread, ie thread pitch? M10x1.00 or M10x1.25 ?

The VTR uses M10x1.25 on the stock banjo bolts...

Since it's hard to point on the interweb... Are we talking about the width of the banjo collar then? I'll go check... I have the stock ones... Somewhere...

Are you talking about the stock lines or aftermarket?

The stock spec would be nice.

heres the deal. I have the ability and certified equipment to make
U.S. DOT CERTIFIED brake and clutch lines. I am looking to order some SS fittings to make up new lines for my hawk. In that didn't want to open my brake system just to get the measurement, then wait to get the fittings and make up the lines.

Banjo fittings and their perspective bolts kind'a come as a "matched pair". The cross drilled "flow" holes in the bolt should center in the fitting. The point being that if someone uses aftermarket lines that differ from stock but are using the original bolts they may be hindering the system.

I believe the fitting is a 10mm X 10mm (hole dia. X thickness) but just tring to get confirmation

This is the reason I asked the question. Every aftermarket fitting I have used is thinner than the stock parts and the stock banjo bolts can not be used with them. So I don't know if the stock specs will be of any use to you.

Thankyou 8541Hawk,

I guess then...Do we know if all the brake and cluch banjo sets are the 10x1.25? Then I'll just order all new fittings
