With the most recent jetting setup it is at 38.22 MPG, that is an increase of 2.7 ish mpg...I would say that an increase like that is the difference between pushing and coasting into the nearest gas station. Not too shabby.

And here we are...I'll explain in detail later what changes were made but the end result is that below 8k rpm I made more torque and power everywhere but I lost 2 peak hp while picking up 3 lb ft 9f torque. I can still improve jetting but it's getting close.
73 ft lbs and 105 hp! Torque monster 👹

Dang son, looking hot.
For ***** n giggles today I decided to go all in with the DJ Kit I had and see if I could make it work. My theory was that with the FDW velocity stacks which run leaner I might be able to make a DJ kit work with a K&N and my homemade flow control kit. Seat of pants says that I'm trending in the right direction. I'll cruise around a bit more tomorrow and verify but at the very least the top end power I lost has been regained and the part throttle cruise has improved with the short springs and extra lift hole. The flow control made all the difference though,, being able to dial in jetting on the fly is second to none.

Yep, confirmed, that is the special sauce. It's fairly cold today, 42 degrees with 58% humidity. The only issue that I sense is that I may be running a tad rich on the pilot circuit somehow. This is the current setup:
Delwood Stacks PAIR/PCV Mod
K&N Flow Control on Main Circuit
DJ Springs Stock airbox with snorkel
3 Holes
175/180 Mains
45 Pilot
2.5 Turns
Lots of power on command, smooth steady state cruise at part throttle. Starting is a touch finicky and does not need enrichening at all, minimal popping on decel. I can't figure out how I richened up the pilot circuit though...I left that alone, scrathing head.
