Carb A/F Adjustment for Altitude

I just moved from Manassas, Va, altitude is 300 feet ASL, to Boise, ID, which is 2600 feet ASL.
My question is will I need to adjust my A/F mixture leaner to compensate for the altitude difference?

What are you running right now? How well does she function? I don't believe that altitude difference requires changing jets with a stock setup... it already runs just a tad lean.

FP 1.0 carb kit and 4 degree advance. I ahve not had an opportunity to ride the bike yet to see why she performs.

8541Hawk will become famous soon enough
Not really..... you might need to turn in the pilot screws a 1\4 turn or so but that would be about all you would need to do for that amount of change.

So just ride it and if it feels a little flat or vibrates a bit between 3-5K then tweak the pilot screws.....
