LED Lights

I just got my tail section done.it had the hotbodies undertail to start.i didnt like how dim the lights were.so i decided to brighten it up with a 1000rr led taillight.i also used the front leds for a 1000rr.just wondering what you guys think?THE LIGHTS ARE WAY BRIGHTER NOW! Has anyone used the flasher from clear alternitives to slow the rate down?

Thumbs up

Looks good! I used the Custom Dynamics Trick Flasher to fix my blinker problems after I changed my rear tail light to a LED light. The Trick Flasher also has some cool blinker patterns that are changable from the turn signal switch so there's no messing around with dip switches or removing anything to change the pattern. Here's the link:

Funny you should ask. I'm selling the VFX Running light kit with resistors to slow down the rate for $20. These will turn your 2-wire LED fronts into 3-wire with running lights. Dunno if that's what you want or not. Alternatively, you can wire in a resistor of sufficient wattage and resistance to slow the rate. Something low resistance, like about 1ohm, and current must be about 20W, as the stock bulbs are 23W.

Oh, you wire the resistor in PARALLEL with the signal.
