Hello everyone,

I just picked up a SH this week. I want to thank this site, because I used this site to get some info on the SH, before I pulled the trigger.

Again Thanks Guys.

Good find! Welcome to the forum. Nice RC too. I bought my Superchicken new in 98 at Lukes Honda, right up the street from you if they're still there. I was stationed at the Naval Weapons Station in Goose Creek from 98-01.

Thanks everyone for the welcome.

Hawkrider, there is a Honda dealer here in Summerville, but is called Velocity Powersports and then one in Charleston called Champion. I really don't know much about them, since I just moved to the area this summer.

1000r, I think the first trip next year the SH will go, since the RC has been for the last two years, but after the first trip I will have to flip a coin. On second thought I will take both.

Hmm, that's a shame. It looks like they closed down. They used to be right off N. Main (Exit 199) just off the I26. Oh well..... Yeah, I've been to Champion. They're alright, or they were when I left in 2001.

Welcome, welcome. Two bikes are always better than one and it looks like you've chosen wisely.

Welcome aboard!! Sweet rides! I think we'd all like to hear your opinions regarding what you think of the superhawk and the RC. That's one nice RC51. Love the black superhawk too. Always loved that black with red decals.

Capt, I really haven't ridden the Hawk enough to give a full report. I will once I have a little more seat time on the Hawk.

T-Rex, what kind of wheels are those on your RC51? Like superhawk22 said, "nice pair".

Woodman, I would say your review of the RC is spot on. The RC stock needs some work, but once you open it up it will suprise you.

From the limited time I've had on the SH, I was suprised on how hard it pulls all the way through the RPM. Its riding position is better than the RC and it feels like I could ride for hours without any pain, but I've done over 300miles on the RC on several rides.

This is the link to my wheels. http://www.czusainc.com/ I will say once I changed out the wheels the turn in is quicker.

If you are interested in some for your RC let me know. I know where you can get a great deal.
