Signal quick disconnects (front)

OK I must be having a serious brain fart because I cannot figure out how to disconnect these things. I see a tab but prying up or pushing down so far does nothing.

Help an idiot please.

its been a while since I removed them but I believe you push on the lower part of the tab on the outside (push in towards the connector body) of the connector and then pull the inside connector out. hth
