Need New Tires!!!

I'm looking for both a front and rear tire. I've been looking around doing a lot of research, but was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions. I do a lot of in town riding and a decent amount of highway driving, so I would like a good cross between the two. Primarily, I have been looking at the Michelin Pilot Sport. Any suggestions would be really helpful? Thanks

any brand sport/touring tire.Ive been running metzler M1/M3 for ever.We push it pretty hard out here, they wear out on the sides before the center.1600 miles. The money for tires is killing me.I just put a set of metzler sport/touring on.I havent given it a 100% yet,but in just a few hundred miles I am pleased. If I double my milage I'll say they stick good enough.Slabing it on a sport tire is problay good for 2000 miles.Burnouts cost extra

If you want a tire for the highway and the occasional canyon carving, get something like Metzeler roadtec Z6 or Pilot power road. Great mileage tires and still sticky enough for the corners.

I put Pirelli Strada's on this summer and they seem good so far.

I just purchased a set of Metzler M3's from Aloha Sports for $224.00 delivered, they were $70 less than anywhere local I priced them.

+1 on the Pilot Roads.GOOD TIRES

I also ran a Shinko 005 on the rear of my GSXR. It had about 1k miles on it and looked/felt like a Dun208. I'd buy another and cyclegrear has good priCes on them.

My $0.02
