Best Sport Touring windscreen

Hi, I'm decking out my 1999 for some long rides this summer as I have the month of june off of work (new contract doesn't start until july 1).
The wind noise around my helmet and the tendency to crouch lower than is comfortable for a long period of time has made me decide to go for something higher than my ZG Double bubble for long trip purposes. I've seen some people with the national cycle SST and some with the ZG sport touring, and I'm not sure which one to go with. Any ideas?

Re: Best Sport Touring windscreen

I have a dark tinted Nationla Cycle Cheetah windscreen that I am looking to get rid of. I should note that I trimmed it down by @ 3" because it was just too damn ugly but even cut down it provides good wind protection. Let me know if you are interested and we could surely work out some good terms. You can reach me via e-mail at motoetsports@hotmail.com

cheers
Mikstr

I have the ZG sport touring one. It's too high for me. It came with my bike when I got it, but I like the stock one better. It's in pretty good condition for the most part, but it has a few ( not deep ) scratches on it. Would you be interested in a trade? If so, how is your windscreens shape? I can send you pictures later.

I know you don't have the access to this info, but Ham's last activity on the forum was Jan 2nd. There's a good chance he may not reply.

Oh, Bravo Zulu on not starting another thread.

Puig double bubble style racescreen. Wind only hits your shoulders and helmet. Takes all the wind off your chest. I used to get blown around with the stock screen.
