So I did this job on sat. Way easier than I thought. You just have to be cautious pressing it back in to be sure its within tolerances. I really coulda done it at home with a vise but used my buddies arbor press.

Very straight forward but it does make some bad mechanical sounds being pressed in and out. Some heat helps too to expand opening but you cant go nuts.
