Hello!After I ve changed the stock air filter with an BMC race I started to hear a noise in the engine!The noise is not from the cluth lever in neutral as usual! It looks like a tac tac but insignifiant!would I syncronise the carbs_?I dont think that CCT comes out at 19k miles? WTF ...the oil I put in my engine is fully syntetic MOTUL 300 V racing line double ester 10w 40! all other times I run castrol 10 w 40 with no problems, no strange sounds, rarely slide the 2nd gear!Thank s

Probably the slides clacking.. perfectly normal. Did you rejet for the filter? (won't affect noise, but will help performance - smooth running)

nop!but I feel the acceleration 10 procent more and no missfire

and the noise from engine at idle_?it s something like a knock but almost unsignifiant???

I heard in a forum about TPS!I dont know what it means ?? it could be the problem?

TPS is the Throttle Position Sensor, and properly adjusting this will help how your engine runs at lower RPMs. However it probably won't affect the sound. If you search for Slides you will find quite a few threads where this comes up. It could be CCTs but I think that is unlikely, noisy slides is more likely. The slides make a slight tapping noise, and that is totally normal, nothing wrong.

I recommend everyone get their CCT's swapped out to manual ones just for peace of mind, but they have to be installed correctly. (you can't just pull the old CCTs off, that will mess up your engine)

yeap only at idle!when the engine is warm enough the knock goes away
