No turn signals working

Small issue on my bike. None of the turn signals are working, but the running lights are working. I'm thinking it's the relay, but before I buy parts, I wanted to see what is the common item that fails on the Superhawk in this situation? Do the switches commonly fail as well? I think I will just replace the relay with an aftermarket digital relay, the OEM FR-3303 seems a bit pricey from what I have found.

It's commonly the switch on the handlebar. Had the same problem. Took the switch apart and cleaned the contacts, problem went away.

So, I did some multimeter testing, and found that the switch is working. I tested continuity from the gray wire (center wire) in the relay connector to the right and left turn signal. The circuit closes fine when the switch is turned on. So I then decided to plug my relay back in, and it worked... Weird. It's a little slow to start blinking, and the switch feels gummed up. I think I will take it apart for cleaning.

If a bulb is out it can really screw up the way the lights work.... check the simple things first.

Yep, one bulb is out, I'll have to replace that and see if it's any different. Although, I bought some LED flush mounts for the front, so once I put those in, I might need a digital relay anyway.
