No static sag on shock?

Hello. New to the fire hawk love the invite but I’m not able to get static sag even with the lowest preload setting. Any other Honda shocks that can be swapped into the hawk? Thanks

Yeah about 160. But even off the bike and not able to get any static in this damn spring it’s very confusing

You need to be on the bike to measure the static sag.

I’ll check this out thank you. Any ideas if another Honda shock could be swapped into the super hawk?

He's very much in business.
I just got his BD40 shock with reservoir last week and I'm sending my forks to him for rework and all the upgrades.
Be patient getting your wares as it takes time. It's well worth the wait.

Due to budget reasons, and primary use (spirited street/canyon carving) I had my stocker re-valved and sprung by Jaime (DMr) and have been extremely happy with it. I even did a couple of track days and found it sufficient. I also installed some of his cartridges, springs, and SKF seals and wipers. It remedied the weaknesses in the OEM components. can't recommend his services enough. I will be getting a BD40 ASAP just because I'm old, bored, and want the Bling.

As the YSS is available in the UK search the UK vtr1000.org Firestorm forums - another good aftermarket shock is available from the Shock Factory
