Lightened flywheel and no cush drive. Good idea?

After doing some price surfing, I found that the Ducati cush drive (sprocket carrier, poly cush drive, and sprocket) is going to cost about as much as I paid for the two RC Component wheels! And...I'm not even 100% positive the Ducati cush drive will work.
I might hold off on fitting these. By the time I get these fitted, I'll have almost $1k into these wheels. For a couple hundred bucks more, I can get some nice Dymags or something.

Whenever that happens to me, I join the appropriate forum (ducati for this) to find one.And watch ebay daily. Also watch rider forums, BARF, NESR, WERA, etc for parts.
What bike is that part off of just in case I see one parted out?

That's cool of you, thanks. As far as I know, the same cush drive is used on these Ducati models 748/916/996/998.
I guess if I can find a used assembly for a decent price, then I can at least find out if this cush drive would even work with these wheels. Then, if it does work, I can spend the ~$300 on a new sprocket and cush drives.
