I 've got the LED installed and purchased a relay specifically design for it off Ebay. Since I've installed it. The speed in which the LED flashes depends on RPM. The higher the RPM the faster it flashes

Any know what the issue is/are. My original flasher is defective so I have no way to compare. Kinda stumped. Help
