Unhappy Jardine rt one high mount 98 superhawk

The guy putting em on for me claims that it sticks out too far.

Its is a 1998 honda superhawk, and I just purchased the rt one highmounts.

I was wondering if anyone with these cans had problems putting them on? anything to do with clearance? Is there a step that I or the mechanic is missing or has them in wrong?

Anything at all will help, thanks guys, I want my bike back~!

Tell him to "test" mount the canisters first and then turn the midpipes around until it lines up... Also to make sure he has the bands/holders the right way on the canisters... Some people confuse that...

Ebb, I have Jardine rt1 High mounts and they fit fine. I will take pictures for you when I go to my storage tomorrow. The only thing that was left out was the passengers peg and bracket.
