I had a separate post about the same problem and thought I'd reply to this one since there is so much more info.
I can't thank the forum enough, it really made the difference in my work. I gathered all the experience people shared and took care of my problem in a night after work. I have Erion pipes and a Dynojet kit installed by the previous owner. I had a misfire at low rpm and other symtoms similar to other riders. I raised the needles one clip, did the TPS adjustment (it was over 800 ohms), cleaned and greased the carbs as recommended in the 'Knowledge Base' section. I even had time to adjust the shifter and give the rear-fender-mullet a bit of a trim. Slapped it all back together and tore down the street on one wheel.
The info shared here is huge. Thanks again.
