HELP, dies when put in gear

OK, so I have had my new Hawk for 6 days and I am loving it. This AM I start it up as normal (chokeit to @2K and let idle until I put on my gear). After I am ready to go she is up to temp (@150-165). I get on settle into position and rev slightly and slip her into gear. SHE DIES. I said "Oh well, fire it off again, rev a little higher (thinking that it still may be cold) slip her into gear. SHE DIES. I tried it at least ten times. tried slipping it into 2nd, tried revving it to 3K and every time it acts like the kill switch is hit (spark dies) when I slip it into gear. I have no idea where to start.

Is their some Dummy safety switch that does this when it is low on coolant-oil something? It was 4:45 and pretty dark out so I did not fool with it except I did check the fuses under the seat but they were all good.

HELP, I have a ride planned for today and everything..................

Don't feel stoopid.....I "found" my kickstand switch the same way.....lol. I'm actually glad it's there. Bet it's saved many a rider coming home from the local watering hole....you get warmed up, gear on, take off and then there's that first lefthander.......
