Hey, I didn't have to admit that other than to help the newcomer. I knew it but like I said the current crisis means I don't need the bike to get to work so can take it apart more freely.
Plus, looking back you never mentioned 48s to me way back when.
Hehe, anyway, happy for the improvement.

Yeah the long trumpet does seem to help low end grunt.

fine tuning

I have since had time waiting on swing arm brackets for rear spools to get back from welder then cleared swing arm .took carbs off and lowered needle 1 position( both carbs)and turned fuel screw in 1/2 turn now at 2.5 turns out it runs great and not popping .will continue to fine tune still wheelies easily also had to replace rear dampeners hub cushions .
