Carb Synch Thread?

Can someone direct me to a thread on synching the carbs? Pretty much a how to? thanks.

p.s. I tried searching but am coming up nada.

Actually if you buy/build a sync tool, check out the info on Greg's site and have the service manual, you've got everything you need.

When you say service manual do you mean that came with the bike or a Haynes?

Probably either one, but I've never used the Haynes. I built my own carb sync tool for under 10 bucks. Once you've got a tool the best VTR specific instructions you'll ever find are on Greg's site.

PS Service manuals don't come with the bike. You can pay through the nose to get a hard copy from Honda, or download it for free from the link on this forum.

clymer and haynes are worthless.
Get the factory book and then ask for all the "supplements" ( additions and revisions )
Dont split a case without it!
