Feedback thru the Handlebars

It is hard to explain but my front end at certain speeds 60-70mph gives a strange sensation thru the clip ons, I know Twins vibrate but this is not from the engine as i still feel it when I pull the clutch in at the higher speeds I know one of my rotors is slightly warped so I pull in the clutch and apply a little front brake and it is still kind of there.... any ideas?

How about the tire condition?
When was the last time you changed the oil in the front forks?

fork oil has been changed, tires like new, HHMMMM I will check the wheel balance though....when I brake the sensation does not really go away but I am just applying enough brake to have the pads make contact with the rotors
