Boost joint?
I seem to recall one could set up the carbs for easier balancing by using the vaccum piece that drives the petcock on the front carb also. I thought this was called a boost joint since I bought one for a few bucks from BB, then lost it. Now I can't find it in the diagrams. Any input on this?

I purchased one when I first got the hawk. I purchased a second because I forgot I had purchased it already. Never realized CA models already have both front and back installed. Now I have one sitting next to my fish tank and the other in OEM packaging!
