Its my own damn fault!
So i ordered a set of LED front turn signals / marker lights and finally got them in the mail last night. Apparently when i disconnected the harness on the right side, and hooked up the old multimeter, i read it all wrong. For some reason i thought the green wire was the turn signal, the solid blue was the ground and the blue with white stripe was the signal light wire.
WRONG!!!!!
To make a long story short, the smoke that started coming out of the LED when i temp installed it told me i f**ked up. I tried turning if off as fast as possible, but it was too late. I fried it something fierce.
Then when i looked to try to make sure the stem length was long enough to stick out of the farring, it was about 1/2 an inch short.
I unhooked everything, came on here and found the diagram which told me im an idiot, and just cost myself about $45.
Thanks for listening.

I rode it to work today sans 1 front blinker, and in the back of my mind i think that everyone notices it, so i feel like even more of a ding dong. I rebuilt a car from the ground up with zero wiring problems, and i found it extremely frustrating that 3 tiny wires on a bike managed to **** me off this much. oh well... at least i didnt fry the wiring to the bike i guess.

That stuff happens to the best of us, I fried my newly built LED tail light because I wasn't careful enough and the circuit board grounded out. Poof and done, what a mess. Sucks you are out $45 bucks though.
