Well it's about time! I got 2 refunds from paypal, but I never got my item so I didn't have to send anything back. Anyway, paypal never even got a response from the 2 a$$holes I was dealing with. I think they just take it out of thier account or a credit card that's on file when they open thier account. If he doesn't give the money back, I have a feeling they'll just take it and then cancel his account. My 2 are no longer ebay members, the first one I only got back about 2/3 of the money, the second one I got most of it then about 2 weeks later I got the rest don't ask me why though.

Oh and make sure you get tracking so you know he got it, you might even want to do a signature verification.
