Rear shock swap - 2005 cbr 1000?

Does anyone here know if a rear shock from an '05 cbr 1000 will bolt up to a 2000 Superhawk?

I have an opportunity to pick up a wreck SHawk and I'm working on a list of parts I need but I also have access to an 05 cbr frame & swingarm and even if I can't use it I may sell the parts and even out my cost a bit. Any info you care to share will be much appreciated.
