cbr 1000 fork swap

I've been a member for about a 1 1/2 years and used much of the advice of other members, which has been a huge help w/ pair removal, CCT replacement, suspension setup etc. I have not posted much, didn't think I had much to offer... I figured I 'd post these mods.. nothing special here, most parts picked up on ebay. What's note worthy is the clip ons of choice. I picked up a set from Speedymoto, they supply aftermarket Ducati parts. They have 3.5 inches of rise, clearances are tight, but I can run the CBR radial MC.The problem is cost-- $290...nice pieces though. Very similar riding position I had w/ my Heli's, I'll recoup some of the cost when I sell them. The rest of the front end is 2007 CBR parts with the exception of the 929 triples and All Ball bearings.
The swing arm brace is nothing new, just followed previous posts. I had the guy who welded it up add an additional gusset plate. I know it added unsprung weight.... I like the look. Here are some pics:

Looks great!

And of course you have plenty to add, even if it is just more fire to an argument Gotta keep things interesting. Stick around, all are welcome here.

That looks nice! Any chance we can get an overall view of the whole bike?

I still have some details to work out, brake bleeding, grips, bar ends...Still have mismatched paint w/ front fender. I've test fit the fairing for clearances but until I'm done I'm keeping it out of the way.
