2005 cbr 1000 front forks

I have a complete front end off of a 2005 cbr 1000. does any one know if this is a straight bolt on affair.I am going to mount bars on top of the tripple clamps so I won't be using the clip ons. is there a reason that everyone is using the 954/929 set up. I did some checking and I am pretty sure the 1000 uses the same steering head bearings. any help would be great.

They have different bearings so you're going to have to address that. I don't know if stem length is the same either. Fork stops are usually different too so clearances with the rads/water hoses come into play.
