Go with the Penske. They have more R&D time and WP is not popular over here, though they are in EU.

I had cbr954 penske (modded upper mount) on superbling and it still worked great. Great build quality like Ohlins. I didn't follow the links but IIRC you can get one without a reservoir for less $$$.

I wouldn't buy an expensive shock without adjustable compression damping. So I'd pick the WP.

eh my fox cost me close to $500 all said and done (installed) and I don't think not having compression dampening is gonna hurt me any

Many times I've had to google the meaning of such abbreviations. I still forget BTDT and FWIW and others.

Slztoad - will you be taking your bike to race at the track? riding solo? taking trips?

Ok made the plunge! and order a penske twin clicker from LE, it was $715...about $100 more than the Sport shock that did not have comp damp....and the WP would have take over 2 months..
