Long story short...my Superbok got dominoed a couple weekends ago. Guy stood his bike up, hitting another bike, hitting my bike, which hit the ground. One can got screwed by one guy's peg pretty bad, the cement got the other can. There was other damage but without going into it, the guy was standup about it and filed an insurance claim so the SHawk's in the shop. Since factory pipes are so damn much I decided to upgrade. I'm leaning toward Leo Vince high-mounts (Dynojet kit and K&N in tandem of course) but I was checking out Blue Flame cans and the Evo3 looks bad *** so was wondering if anyone knows much about them as far as quality and sound??

I've heard of them but never heard them or seen them except in pics.

 

A friend of mine runs Blue Flame cans on his Aprilia Falco and they are are some of the loudest I've ever heard. Admittedly his are non baffled so new cans might be a little less antisocial.

One thing I did notice was a very poor level of fit. He had to do a lot of fiddling to get the 2 cans at remotely the same angle and needed to make spacers to hold the silencers slightly further out from the rear footrest hangers. There was also a long wait for them to manufacture the link pipes. It was enough to convince me I wouldn't buy Blue Flames unless they were stupidly cheap.

 

I'm sure someone here is running them, I think Mkstr is running his 2 into 1 in a blue flame.

I made an attempt to order them from exoticsportbikes.com, I wanted the
full system due to a curb slap on my header, anyway...the full system was
on intergalactic backorder and they could not give an estimate for delivery.
I settled (wink..wink) on a set of yosh rs3's in carbon and couldn't be
any happier
