01Superchicken's Bafflectomy
After reading all I could from the following threads...in no particular order.

And of course Greg's Awesome Site!!!

The good side of my SuperHawk.
Everyone knows what they look like stock:
Difference between the Lowe's hole saw and the ACE hole saw. A bit longer makes alot of difference.
Post-incision:
There's alot of bending that's not necessary. Use a hammer and something that is small enough to get just the baffle and hammer away. Be careful not to damage the outer ring...the one that will stay.
Tools I used (drill and hole saw not in pic) The tube is what I used to beat the baffles. It's leftover from a Class 11 roll cage.
I decided it was loud enough and left the inner baffles attached.
After this pic, I hit it with some High Temp 1200* black ceramic paint from Autozone that I had laying around.

Yes it is and yes I do.
I've put about 300 miles on it so far and like it alot. You can hardly tell....if it looks the same after 1000, I'll be quite amazed!
The previous was a Dunlop ZR and it didn't last too long. I commute 42 miles round trip every weekday.
