Mine is just silver. No graphics or other markings. Just mean and clean.

found this one on ebay, it's quite too much for my taste. not too much for shiny stuff. i prefer stock looking bikes that haul @$$! you can see the rest of it here.

Looks nice Jacob. I like the integration of the black into the paintjob. I wish the camera could do pearl paints justice.

Oh, I updated my pics with the latest evolution of the Hawk.. Added Wolf undertail and a Corbin Smuggler.

Yes that's flat black. No it's not primer, it's ultra-flat camo. I started adding some stencil work, and after I get my VFR tank upgrade finished, I'll be painting the VFR tank black and finishing up with a 'stealth-hawk' theme.

Stencil work:

Galaxieman...Is that like the C-5 Galaxy transport?

Nice color scheme.

BirdofParadise,

Although I'm in the USAF, it's actually a reference to the '65 Ford Galaxie I used to own. I'll buy another one someday, I sold it a couple of years back since I just didn't have the time/space/funds to take care of it when the motor blew while I was getting my masters degree (needed other work as well)

Re: Custom Painted Hawks?

Ah! Must have been some tunnel vision since our new C-17 Global Master arrives tomorrow and I've been looking at the differences from the C-5 Galaxy, that and the stealthy stenciled look.

These are a few of the many paint schemes I was playing with. The orange is supposed to be HRC red (not quite fluorescent) on the "Super Hooligan". The yellow was a version of my "King Kenny" look (sacrilege on a Honda). I decided to tone it down a bit in the end...a simple Duc Hunter.

I put on some new pics of the bike, its all custom paint. The guy thought doing the words like it was the hawks nest was a really cool idea.
