Hey all,

Just wanted to say "hi." I've already done a few posts on here but forgot to intro myself. In the past few weeks I picked up my first Superhawk...I've wanted one for awhile and have been scouring the local area for one. I finally found one that wasn't dropped, messed up, or with 50K miles. It tood me about 6 months of searching.

I ended up picking up an '03 Superhawk with 2400 miles on it. Barely ridden. Everything was bone stock except the most expensive mod that I would have done eventually....Jardines. WOW, what a deep growl. It was even jetted. I'd post a pic but haven't figured out how yet. Anyway...

Funny thing happened when I took it for a test ride...I was hoping for a tame road to take this beast on but ended up in hilly twisty road. Kinda freaked me out and was afraid of dropping it before buying it. But, the Hawk was so smooth to maneuver and the power was awesome. Big difference over my SV650S.

Anyway, I'm diggin it and already starting on mods. This forum rocks!!! And I'm up to ride with anyone in Northern Cal.
