Like the title says removed Evap and PAIR systems, capped and plugged IAW the Pair Removal thread.
Now however When I turn the petcock to the open possision I have fuel flowing up and out of the rear carburator thru the middle of the three holes, if not all of them that are located on the bottom. (facing forward toward the front carburator. Any Ideas as to why? Would it be due to float valve issues? Just replaced both and first time the bowls have been full of fuel. Just lost.

My guess is that when you dropped the float back in, the needle fell off the float. You have to kind of put the float in place slowly, being careful that the needle doesn't fall out of its position cradled in the float, and that it drops down into its seat in the inlet valve. In any case, a teardown of the rear carb should find the problem.
Hey, it sucks, but it happens. It should still give you time to ride tomorrow.
After re reading our opening post, it sounds like you didn't remove the carbs. Double check the routing of the vacuum lines, and check for PVLIR. A needle doesn't just come off the seat unless you pulled or somehow jostled the carbs around. Also, check that the carb bowl vents are open, since those fed into the EVAP.
And how'd you end up with a bike with EVAP up in the Northwest?

Now I fully understand that you had the carbs apart and replaced the floats... Duh.
Okay, so since that was the case, it's almost certain that the rear needle is not seated properly. Make sure it rests in the correct position on the float linkage. If you're not very careful, it falls off as you drop the float into position. It's not a 6 pack job.

What about a pitcher of IPA?
So I tapped the rear float bowl on both sides and it stoped. SWEET! But now the front is weaping, tapped bowl and is still weaping... Going to tear into it in the AM and see whats up. Hoping that I didnt get a bad float from the shop. I would much rather that I F-ed that up and have to wait on parts on the last decent day of the week to ride before the rain sets in. I would much rather break in new tires in the dry.

Sorry to bring up this old story but... I have replaced the floats and float valves and the fuel does not leak into the airbox when the bike is off, Yay! But now, when the bike is runningwhile looking down into the airbox there is fuel spouting out of the same 3 holes on the bottom of the mouth of the carbs. Has anyone incountered this problem before? Did I remove or plug a hose that didnt need to be? Thanks in advance!

Did you end up finding a solution to this?
I am currently experiencing the same problem with mine
I did! it was a vacuum caused my be when i connected some tubing to the diaphragm vents so the needles were remaining open allowing fuel to flow up and out of the carbs and fill up the crank case and the intake / airbox. Sorry for the late reply. I just got the bike project started again.
