urgent question on brakes

I am at work and bike at home - I came around offer for Hayabusa front brakes + pump really cheap....but I do not remember distanc between mountin bolts on Shawk....HEEEELP! anybody got his Shawk next to him - please, please - can you measure it and answer me?

IIRC, the busa has larger spacing on the bolt holes (3.5in vs. 2.5inch). See this thread and if they look like those in the second set of pics of my old bandit1200s:

No, those are still the same older (larger) 6p setup like the 'busa. Those fit TONS of bikes as both suzuki and kawasaki used the exact same caliper. See the fourth (4th) picture in the above thread I referred you to.

Beleive it or not there are none of those calipers on ebay right now. I'm pretty sure they only made them for the '01-'02 gsxr 1000 and because of that they are a hot item. They also work as an upgrade for the gsxr 600 and 750 so your fighting them as well. Expect to spend close to $100 for a nice set.

I'm going to rejuvenate this thread as I JUST bought a set of busa brakes. As it seems back in 06' (and will be the same for now) these calipers WILL NOT FIT. However, I am determined to retrofit them and make them fit. See my thread in the General Knowledge section to see how it all works out.
