FWIW, Jardine High-mount (and some others) work fine w/ the stock rear pegs...

You use the stock passenger pegs but you need a pair of spacers and a pair of longer bolts for each side. The spacers go in between the passenger pegs and the subframe and space out the pegs so they'll clear the midpipes. Most high mount exhaust makes like Jardine, Mig, LeoVince, Devil, Wolf, etc do come with them, but others like Two Brothers don't. Call up Jardine, they still make the oval systems so they probably can sell you just the spacers and longer bolts. Or just go to the hardware store and make your own. Do a search I've posted about this along with pics in the past-I don't have any pictures for you on my computer right now. Hope this helps.

What he said...

i see you have jardine high mounts. did your cans come with a spacer for the passenger pegs to fit on or did you have to find something yourself? thanks
about a 2" spacer and long bolts; nicely turned aluminum - they came w/ it
damn, i guess ill have to see if i can get them from jardine. if not, ill have to find something myself, which shouldnt be too hard. thanks a lot.
I can take an exact measurement and a pic if you need it.
that would be really awesome. thanks.
1.6 inch exactly, gives about 3/8 inch clearance. send me an email addy 800kb pic
filecool, thanks. what's your email? also, what is the diameter of the spacers? if you wouldnt mind getting that as well.

diam. is .86 at mating surfaces truncated to .72 in the middle; bolts are 2 & 3/4" long

yup, i made my own from my old gixxer and they worked great. the set up i made enabled me to leave the pegs off until i took my lady at which point in two minutes i had the pegs installed.

Great, thanks for the info. They are jardines. I just bought the bike with them on about 2 months ago. The stock pegs did not look like they would fit, but I guess so..
