This was rattling around inside my exhaust
I repacked my exhaust today and look what I found. It looks like a previous owner thought the slip ons were too loud and performed a reverse bafflectomy on them. Needless to say they came right out.

Less noise
How big is the difference in noise ?
What are the dimensions ?
What are you going to do with them ?
I've been looking for something to install in my midpipe on my CB-1.5 to make it a bit quieter.

Reminds me of when I bought a pipe for my old GPz, it was almost free as the previous owner had managed to somehow drop a drill bit into it and it rattled at certain revs. I paid the money, turned it upside down and the bit fell to the floor, just before the sellers chin!

They are 2-1/8" diameter by about 12" long. They didn't seem to make much difference at idle but the bike is a lot louder at higher rpm now. I used to hear mostly wind and engine noise while riding now it's all exhaust. I don't have any plans to use them but they are just homemade things made of welded aluminium I mangled the end of one a little trying to pull it out without removing the end cap.
