Newby here from MN

Hey guys, I am very close to trading my Buell for a superhawk. I was on a ride sat. 267 miles and I have noticed the Buell is heavy, Noisy, slow to rev, and uncomfortable. Looking at trading for a 98 superhawk, mostly stock, carb mods, Jardine high mounts, double bubble, and 3/4 " bar risers. I have wanted a superhawk for a long time. We are doing the trade next Tues. I have to go to southern wi to pick it up. I cant wait. george

welcome to the "other" Hawk side George seems alot of us have Big and Littles. Shawk smokes the Buell in every area except "character" or rather "quirks".

welcome
there are quite a few MN superhawk riders and fans as well. You will love the bike. saw some nice ones recently on MSP craigslist also but sounds like you have a great trade worked out.

Actually the word is "newbie", but since you're a newbie you're excused.

I'd keep the Buell, switch to a cheaper beer, save some money and buy a VTR as well. That's just me.
