New rider here with new question

So what brand of oil is the best to use in the Hawk? and what weight do you think is the best? How often should you change it?

I run the Honda full synthetic, and for weight that depends on what kind of climate you're riding in.

One of my friends run Repsol oil in his 929 and he thinks that stuff rocks.
