Ok, I'll keep messing around with the fans then and maybe not use the SPAL- it's somewhat difficult to tell if they're pushers or pullers to me (but most are default puller from what I can tell).

Also, you have the radiator upside down so that the filler cap needs a loop in the hose... is there any reason that you did this? Is it so that the inlet hose better fits into the bike or is there something else that I don't know?

Thanks

BTW two pushers is starting to look better with the SPAL fan ixnayed...

Haven't been here in a while so I missed your questions, sorry.
The reason the radiator is mounted the way it is is to get the lower outlet oriented in the right direction and on the correct side.
The loop in the hose also allows the filler to be moved between the subframe and the tail light. The loop is no different than the trap in your sink, BTW. It still allows easy filling of the cooling system.
Next time you have another question, pm me since I'm always looking at that.

No worries on the responsed time- I'm actually out of town right now, and if I was in a hurry I know how to get ahold of ya. I still have a couple of days before I can get back to tinkering anyway.

On a separate note- you mentioned before how you were attaching the rad to the frame, but I can't quite tell from the pics what's going on. When you mosey back onto this thread, do you mind filling me in a bit on that?
