Nope but it does help... Old bike

On an on-topic note... Yeah it does look like the swingarm is at a steeper than normal angle... Is that fox height adjustable?

It's probably been mentioned in an earlier post, but where does the battery go?

That's gonna be one light 100+ hp machine.

That's the problem with running a business, but at least you know the boss well.

Have you looked at selling your CCT's to the VFR crowd? From this thread it really looks like yours might work as is: http://www.vfrdiscussion.com/forum/i...howtopic=47958

and I know of a couple VFR riders who are looking for manual tensioners.

Yes Ive got the fox shock extended quite a bit now. On my monster I dropped the front an inch and raised the rear almost 2 inches. I love good turn in and im not bothered by twitchy feeling.

The piece of wood built into my subframe is my mock up battery.

I posted up on a vtr forum but the people were rather snobby saying, "our bikes dont have that problem"

and

Our cam chains just make alot of noise.

It looks pretty close to the rear head for engine heat, but I assume you figure it'll get enough cooling from the sides.

Seeing that last pic puts it intro perspective with you sitting on it. Still kind of looks like it would kill my nadzz once the feet are perched up. Hell with it though. Just ride with a cup and bicycle shorts and I'd be alright heh. Lookin good!

It should have a little airflow, But the carbon fiber and exhaust wrap heat shield wont hurt either.

Wait a minute, you're 19, she looks pretty hot AND she rides, and you're worried about knee sliders.

Well... my guess would be it's a new set...

She's 21 BTW... and I'm fairly sure the fastest guys here would be hard pressed to keep pace with her, with or without wear on the sliders...

I'm definitely no match on a track... No matter what bike...

Hell, I'd give it a shot! Even if I can't catch her it would be worth it to follow her around for a while!!!

Ok, Im not trying to get off the beautiful Swedish girl topic, BUT

I need some clutch plates. 4 or so of mine are broken.

I want to seal up my cases for good, but cant untill I have these clutch friction plates.

Anyone have any, ANYONE AT ALL?

Thanks people

ALRIGHT BIG NEWS

As im laying in bed last night thinking about the bike, I never can fall asleep when I need to, I made a big decision.

I love the Carbon Fiber Monoque body idea, but for now it has to go On hold.

Ill still be doing it eventually, But The sooner I can ride the bike the better.

That being said Ill fabricate a tail and seat out of aluminum. Should still be pretty trick right?

Indeed, working on a bike is one thing, riding it a totally different thing.

Looking at the first pic of the thread I presume you've not had the motor running. And wasn't the clutch cover holed? indicating it slid down the road. Did that damage any of the plates inside?

Well when I got the bike the entire clutch assembly was out of it and in a box. The pressure plate and basket look fine. Looks like someone tried to install the pressure plate without properly lining up the friction plates.
