I just got back on the site after a year hiatus and WOW is all i can say I just read this entire post and i am feeling two ways amazed by your skill and sad cause i dont have a clue how to do half(correct that, all of) the stuff your doing.....When are you going to hold some classes so we can learn from ya???

And the bed liner paint is a great choice. I wanted to do the family car in that but the wife wont let me, inside and out think about it got a 8 month old and would never need to worry about the interior........

I like the red, how well do you think the paint will hold up?

Its ceramic paint designed for calipers so hopefully it will hold up fine. I hope.

here is an MS paint of what the bodywork will look like.

Please excuse the remaining wooden subframe, it will be gone.

made some pair block offs.

These prevent the exhaust gas from getting to the pair reed valve.

drive it all the way down

and see where it pokes out the valve bowl.

Then use the die grinder to take the extra material away smoothing the bowl.

Its like the hole was never there to begin with.

to be honest im taking my time. I could be busting my butt on it, but im not.

I like to get stuff done. That gives me time for other projects, like my 600 motor in the 125 chassis. Got to get back on that bike.

Pretty cool there, Truck.

Man, it takes me two weeks to rebuild forks.
But I have things pulling me in all directions.

Looking good!

I know what you mean.

I didnt get 5 min of sleep last night, im sick, and I was throwing up quite often.

Then I had to leave for work at 8, then got home at 6, and had to go out and do stuff with the family.

So im just now getting to work on the bike today. But I got some cool stuff done.
