Hey everyone.

Sorry about the lack of updates, Ive been kinda busy.

Im trying to get a job, but before I can I need to have a running truck. That being said I rebuilt the engine in my truck. Still trying to figure out a phantom ignition problem.

The bike is pretty much the same. I mounted up some 07 Hayabusa controls that are very nice. Oh and Ive started my aluminum airbox. Im trying to figure out how im going to mount my coils.

anyone have a banjo bolt thats designed for 2 brake lines mounting? Im in need of one.

Ill have pictures up once I have some real progress.

oh and thank you everyone who wished me a happy birthday. I worked all day doing construction then came home and worked on the truck. What sucks is im sick AGAIN. Damn Bronchitis.

Thanks man. Im wondering if I do a drawing could you do some simple flow analysis on it? Its got to do with designing my airbox.

 

Yes but I would need to model it for you then run it thru the software. Or you can model it and send it my way. I can run 2D flow analysis but the results are limited. PM me and we can talk.

Yep ive got a supermoto build going on too.

My knee still is nasty, I worked it too hard today, hurts like a bitch.

its an Acewell unit. It has FAR more features than the stock gauges.

RPM, max RPM,

Speed, average speed, top speed

temp, average temp, max temp

shift light, warning when temps get too high

2 trip meters, ride time, total ride time

and some more stuff I forgot

 

Headlight placement. Upper light is HID low beam. Lower light is 60w high beam.

Im expecting to catch some hell about the headlights. I like them.
