does anyone know the stock lift and duration for the cams

According to the manual, the stock duration for both intake and exhaust cams is 245 degrees at 1mm lift. I'm not sure what the stock max lift is.

I'm not so sure about rollingalong's specs for the stock cams. They don't jibe with Honda's specs, anyway.
