Jetting Question

So my bike needs the carbs cleaned, and with a stock filter and after market pipes, am I able to install a jet kit? I have seen a lot of people on here suggesting to stay away from aftermarket filters, so that is what I plan on doing. I have someone who will do a dyno tune for me. Is there anything else I should do while I am at it?

+1...No need to change the main jets with a stock filter.
